Xiine

Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms apply to use of Xiine at https://xiine.app. Xiine is an AI workforce platform. Sales is the first scenario. This page does not publish a postal address, a company registration number, or a choice of court.

Your account

You need an account to use the signed-in product. You are responsible for the activity under that account. A workspace belongs to the customer who owns it. You may connect a Google account, mailbox, or messaging service only when you have authority to grant that access.

Google Calendar and other tools

Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and WeCom stay disconnected until you connect them. Google’s authorization page is operated by Google. Xiine cannot override a refusal, a test-user limit, or a verification requirement imposed by Google. Connecting Google Calendar lets Xiine read the calendars you can access and create or update events the product is asked to write, for that workspace only.

You can disconnect Google Calendar in Xiine or revoke it in your Google Account. Disconnecting stops later use of that calendar connection. It does not delete unrelated records already stored in the workspace.

The work product

Xiine can prepare and carry out work inside the permissions you have given it. Where the product asks for a person’s approval, that step remains with a person. Xiine does not promise that an AI employee will close a sale or produce a particular business result.

The service

The website, database, and connected third-party services can be unavailable or can change. These terms do not promise uninterrupted access. The Privacy Policy describes how account and connection data is handled.

Changes

Xiine may update these terms by replacing this page. The date above is the version in effect. Continuing to use Xiine after this page changes means you are using the service under the updated terms.
