Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the Xiine service at https://xiine.app handles information. Xiine is an AI workforce platform. Sales is the first scenario. This page does not publish a postal address or a company registration number.
Account and workspace
When you create an account, Xiine stores the email address and sign-in session needed to identify you. Work you create in a workspace stays associated with that workspace. Another customer’s workspace is not shown as yours.
Google Calendar
Google Calendar is optional. Connecting it opens Google’s own authorization page. Xiine does not receive your Google password. The connection is stored for the Xiine user and workspace that started it. One customer’s authorization is not applied to another customer.
If you grant access, Xiine requests only these Google permissions: permission to see which calendars you can access, permission to read calendar events and to create or update events the product is asked to write, and permission to read the email address of the Google account you connected. Xiine uses that access to show calendar status for your workspace and to read or update the calendar you authorized.
The Google access token and refresh token are stored in a server-side vault. They are not written into the Xiine page, and they are not placed in the browser address bar. Disconnecting Google Calendar deletes that connection and its stored tokens. You can also remove Xiine’s access from your Google Account permissions. Removing access in Google does not by itself delete the rest of your Xiine workspace.
Other connections you choose
Gmail, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and WeCom are separate connections. Xiine uses a connection only after that connection is authorized for your workspace. A Gmail connection can read and send mail you authorize. A messaging connection processes the messages and account identifiers needed to operate that channel. Connecting one of these tools does not connect Google Calendar, and connecting Google Calendar does not connect the others.
Who processes the data
The website is hosted with Cloudflare. Account, workspace, and connection records are stored with Supabase. Google processes the Google authorization and Calendar API calls. If you connect Slack, Microsoft, or WeCom, those companies process the corresponding connection. Xiine does not sell personal information.
How long it is kept
Account and workspace records are kept while the account exists. A Google Calendar connection and its tokens are removed when that connection is deleted. This policy does not set a separate retention period for records you have not deleted.
Questions
Questions about this policy can be sent to the support email shown on Xiine’s Google authorization screen. Xiine will use the account email on the request to match it to a workspace it can identify. This page does not promise a response deadline.
